Job Description - Agricultural Outside Sales

ASCO Equipment is a family owned and operated equipment dealership since 1960 with multiple locations across Texas and Oklahoma. ASCO Equipment is a Case IH dealer serving customers in industries such as agricultural, commercial, construction, as well as consumers. ASCO pursues exceptional customer service throughout all our locations and departments including parts, sales, service, and rental.

 

Ag Territory Manager:

Sells new and used agricultural equipment as well as utility construction equipment to new and existing customers in the agriculture industry.

\nResponsibilities:
  • Establish new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts through sales calls within assigned territory.
  • Maintains current product knowledge and educates customers on equipment through product presentations/demos.
  • Manage pre planning, post call notes and follow up actions using CRM tool.
  • Provide problem resolution, and follow through to address customers needs.
  • Follows defined sales process with full understanding of Programs and Tools.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and completing safety training as required
  • Represent ASCO in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of agricultural, utility construction, and farming or operational practices preferred
  •  Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and G-suite platform.
  •  Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

$35,000 - $175,000 a year
Salary plus uncapped commission based on volume of sales.
