Ensure the smooth and timely flow of information and documentation for each shipment, making sure cargo is collected and transported as scheduled from global origins.

Proactively monitor shipments in transit, providing customers with updates on arrival times, delays, or issues, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Prepare invoices promptly and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.

Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.

Complete all required documentation in a timely manner for customers and/or customs brokers, resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately.

Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and tariff regulations while maintaining efficiency and best practices. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems such as CargoWise.

Provide accurate job cost forecasts by effectively managing payables, receivables, and accruals in line with company guidelines.

Demonstrate flexibility by working occasional weekends to support the timely recovery and delivery of shipments.

Maintain consistent communication with airlines via phone and email to proactively track shipment status when online updates are unavailable.

Keep clients informed of any additional or unexpected charges, ensuring transparency at all times.

Update all quotes and charges to reflect changes in dimensions (DIMS) or rates, and verify that each shipment aligns with the original quote to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Apply strong organizational skills to consistently meet delivery deadlines and manage timelines effectively.

Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments with receiving facilities to ensure smooth and efficient handoffs.

Utilize knowledge of airline policies to anticipate potential risks and mitigate issues prior to departure.

Proactively manage shipment recovery and documentation to avoid airline storage fees and ensure timely dispatch.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the reporting manager based on business requirements.
