Airport Rental Agent

Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team in Cedar City. The Rental Agent will assist customers with reservations, vehicle rentals, check-ins/check-outs, and provide outstanding service throughout the rental process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with reservations, rental agreements, and vehicle returns
• Verify driver information and process payments
• Detail cars preparing them for their next rental 
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals ensure every car is clean, safe, and ready to go
• Coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling
• Upsell rental upgrades, protection packages, and additional services
• Maintain accurate records and daily reports
• Help keep office and vehicle areas organized and professional

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years).
• Hiring is contingent on passing  a complete background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work independently  with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. 
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available).
