Albanian Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Albanian Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care services to our clients in Clinton Township, MI. As an Albanian Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily living needs and overall well-being of our clients, ensuring they receive personalized and respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Help clients with mobility and transferring safely within their homes.


• Administer medication reminders as needed and monitor clients’ health conditions.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.


• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the nursing team.


• Ensure clients’ homes are clean and safe by performing light housekeeping tasks.


• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to provide coordinated support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Albanian is essential to effectively communicate with clients.


• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.


• Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
