We're TREO Staffing, and we're seeking an experienced professional to join a local shipbuilding team and grow a rewarding career in the maritime sector. If you're seeking a hands-on role where you can develop your skills in a safe, collaborative, and professional environment, this is your chance!

Location: Lockport, LA

Pay: $27.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

YOUR IMPACT AS AN ALUMINUM SHIPFITTER:

This role is a critical part of the shipbuilding team, and you'll need to keep safety and precision at the forefront of all your activities. You'll closely follow blueprints and ensure all your work meets quality expectations. This role covers fitting and assembly duties, and you'll help ensure crafts are ready for the open waters. QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Experience working with aluminum


• Experience reading and following blueprints


• Familiarity with tools and equipment related to aluminum fabrication


• Commitment to completing precise work according to design requirements and technical specifications


• Ability to work collaboratively with a team


• Ability to follow established safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
