Job Description: The Alumni Engagement Officer is an exciting new role and a unique opportunity to help shape the future of alumni engagement at Arcadia University. As a founding member of a new office focused on Strategic Partnerships and Alumni Engagement, this individual will play an important role in developing the vision, strategies, and programs that build meaningful, lifelong relationships between Arcadia and its global community of alumni. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alumni Engagement, the Alumni Engagement Officer will have the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships while imagining and developing new and innovative ways for alumni to connect with one another, with current students, and with the University. The Officer will help build programs and experiences that inspire alumni affinity and volunteer leadership along with opportunities for alumni to share their expertise, networks, and experiences through mentoring, networking, internships, and career development initiatives. Working collaboratively with colleagues across campus and academic departments, the Officer develops communications and engagement strategies that strengthen alumni participation across diverse populations and geographic regions. The position also utilizes CRM systems and engagement data to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements that advance alumni engagement.
