Job Summary/Basic Function

Job Requirements 

• Assist with event-related tasks, as directed. Examples: running check-in tables, assisting catering by placing linens and centerpieces on tables, decorating, hanging signs and delivering supplies. 

• Be informed about the schedule of events in order to answer alumni questions. 

• Be knowledgeable about campus in order to direct guests to where they need to go. 

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. 

• Attend the mandatory training (paid) June 10–11.
