Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and greet guests warmly
• Maintain eye contact and speak with a friendly tone
• Always say "My Pleasure"
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Availability ranging from 6am-5pm
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Work well under pressure
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
