PM/ Scrum Master Required Skills: - Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead. - Experience managing software development or application modernization projects. - Good understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks and project management practices. - Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication. - Experience working with Java, Angular, microservices, cloud, DevOps, or enterprise application teams. - Strong knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools. - Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, burndown charts, release plans, and delivery KPIs. - Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills. - Ability to work with distributed teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with legacy modernization programs. - Experience in financial services, banking, brokerage, retirement, insurance, or enterprise technology environments. - Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience managing Agile software delivery teams. - Strong stakeholder management, reporting, planning, and execution skills.
