Ambulatory Surgery Clinical Coordinator RN

Responsibilities:

• Manage all clinical responsibilities
• Develop and implement policy
• Manage all clinical personnel including hiring, orienting, training and assessing nursing service employees.
• Coordinate work schedules
• Perform OR Nursing procedures as necessary
• Prepare reports
• Monitor/Complete patient care documents
• Be proficient in all procedures
• Become familiar with and adhere to all standards of care necessary to maintain accreditation by accrediting agency

Requirements:

Licensed RN in Illinois

Possess current CPR/ACLS certification

Must have experience in personnel management and collaboration

Thorough working knowledge of surgical and aseptic technique

Able to lift up to 25lbs
