Anesthesia Technician at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. Positions available are Full - Time and Part Time and may include 12 - hour Day and 8 hour - Variable shifts. Schedule options can be discussed during interview.

Anesthesia Technician assists the Anesthesiologist in clinical settings such as: the Operating Room, Labor and Delivery, Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology, Endoscopy and Ambulatory Surgery Suites. The anesthesia tech must have a thorough knowledge of the set-up, operation and troubleshooting of anesthesia delivery systems, monitors and ancillary devices. Must demonstrate practical knowledge and expertise in all general areas of anesthesia, guidelines, policies and safety requirements as determined by all regulatory compliance organizations.

Required Qualifications:

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of American Society of Anesthesia Technologist Program (ASATT).
• Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of experience as an Anesthesia Technician.
