AP Coordinator

Blue Compass RV is seeking a detail-oriented and organized AP Coordinator to join our team in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable transactions including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.


• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.


• Prepare and process payment batches, including checks and ACH payments, to ensure timely payments to vendors.


• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions related to accounts payable.


• Coordinate with internal departments to verify approvals and resolve invoice issues.


• Assist with month-end closing activities and report generation as needed.


• Support audit processes and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.


• Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.


• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and team members.


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
