HIRING – Apartment HVAC Tech Full Time (Day Shift)

You’ll support a small group of nearby properties, all within a tight radius, with predictable daily routes and consistent HVAC work.

PAY: $28-35 an hour plus up to $3,000+ in bonuses throughout the year!

BONUSES POTENTIAL: Up to $750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance)

SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays)
Some share on-call responsibilities (bonuses and extra paid-time for emergencies)

What You'll Be Doing:    

• Repair, replace and pm HVAC systems
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
• Snow removal (when applicable)
• Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)

The Experience We Like To See:    

• HVAC repair
• HVAC troubleshooting
• EPA and HVAC certification
• Basic electrical
• Basic plumbing
• Ability to assist with general maintenance when needed

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
