We are currently hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Waterford Pines Apartments. Take a look at this 364 unit market rate community below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

  • $17.00/Hour
  • Up to $100 Commissions per rental on 364 units!
  • Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year
  • Blue Cross health benefits start at $47.50/Month for yourself

  • Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours

** REQUIREMENTS ** 
  • Previous multifamily housing leasing experience preferred but not required
  • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Rotated Saturdays from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Dayshift hours!
Full Time/Year Round work with an awesome company!
