Job Description

We are looking to build our property services team!! We are looking to find qualified individuals to fill the following spots:

Qualifications

Maintenance Lead: -$18-$20hr

2+ years’ experience in residential maintenance.
Ability to pass drug test and background screening
Reliable transportation
Good customer service skills
Boilers License
Pool Cert a Plus!

Maintenance Crew: -$16-$18/hour

1+ years apartment maintenance experience
Ability to pass drug test and background screening
Reliable transportation
Good customer service skills
Ability to work without supervision is extremely important.

Weekly Pay and NO on CALL!

FT and PT Available!!
