Apartment Make-Ready Job Description

Our company is looking for an Apartment Make Ready to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with snow removal of sidewalks;


• Assists in valet trash service;


• Repair or replace light bulbs, globes, or fixtures;


• Assists in the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property;


• Ensures all repairs/replacements are completed as necessary for an apartment to be occupied;


• Repair or replace mini-blinds, ceiling fans, or electrical outlets;


• Assists in Preventative Maintenance Program (changing filters, smoke alarms, checking for plumbing issues);


• Shares on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team; responds to resident service requests within 24 hours;


• Any other reasonable duties assigned by the employer;


• Repair or replace faucets, shower heads,s or tub spouts;


• Completes duties according to make-ready checklist;


• Assists in the repair, replacement or removal, or installation of appliances;


• Assists with daily care and upkeep of the swimming pool in the appropriate months.

Requirements:

• EPA/HVAC certifiable status is preferred.
