In this role, you will:

Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to manage perioperative preparation and postoperative clinical care.
Round at Stonybrook Hospital.

We require:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or Physician Assistant License.
At least one (1) year of experience in Oncology/Hematology (preferred but not required).
Strong computer skills; experience with EMR is a plus.

Salary: Up to $165,000/year based on experience.
