Role Description

Role Description:
Lead modernization of an enterprise Bank Collections Platform using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.x microservices. Architect CQRS-based read/write microservices and Event-Driven Architecture for scalable workflow processing. Develop Chunk Handler Architecture processing millions of collection accounts through configurable batch execution. Convert sequential API orchestration into parallel asynchronous execution using Spring Async and CompletableFuture. Design a reusable Command API Framework supporting multiple commands within a single request. Implement Confluent Kafka producer/consumer services for asynchronous communication across distributed microservices. Use Oracle control tables for workflow orchestration, retries, audit checkpoints, and request lifecycle management. Implement the Saga Pattern for real-time and scheduled payment workflows. Develop AWS Lambda services generating customer PDFs, letters, statements, and emails, storing artifacts in Amazon S3. Publish document completion events through Amazon SNS and update document metadata/status from subscribers. Integrate Amazon SQS for asynchronous request processing where applicable. Implement Redis distributed locking and Redis/Spring Cache to optimize high-frequency SQL queries. Use MongoDB for audit tracking and workflow history. Secure REST APIs using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT-based authentication. Deploy services in a hybrid cloud environment spanning Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, and AWS. Configure IAM, CloudWatch, and AWS Secrets Manager for secure cloud operations. Implement centralized logging and observability using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Splunk, and LogScale. Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins; enforce quality gates with SonarQube. Manage source code using GitHub and Bitbucket with peer review workflows. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver resilient enterprise banking solutions. 

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

•    Experience in both front-end and back-end development

•    Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

•    Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular

•    Knowledge of back-end technologies such as databases, APIs, and server-side frameworks like Node.js or Spring Boot

•    Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.

•    Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

Qualifications 

•    8-10 years of work experience in relevant field

•    B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
