About Performance Point: 

     Performance Point is a full-service building inspection contractor for new residential construction. We help our customers design and build homes that work better and provide the turn-key services to make it a reality. Our service doesn’t stop there, we also follow up with inspections throughout construction to ensure project goals are being implemented. We focus on new construction for single and multifamily projects. Our single-family footprint extends from Kentucky to the Coast, and we have multifamily projects across the US!

Employment Requirements:

     All employees are expected to sign a confidentiality/non-compete agreement, maintain a personal vehicle for work purposes, driver’s license, auto insurance, willingness to work with a high production team. All employees are expected to maintain the highest level of professional ethics, personal hygiene, and appearance. It is expected that all Performance Point employees be able to recognize the dangers associated with construction sites, existing buildings, driving, and their job tasks and put personal safety as the highest priority. All employees must take pride in their ability to serve our customers and view that relationship as a privilege. Residential new construction work is somewhat seasonal, as such there will be times of the year when working longer hours are expected and vacation time is less available, but there are times with shorter working hours and vacation time is readily available.
