Application Support Analyst

=> At least 4 years of experience in SQL, Unix Skills 

=> Writing SQL queries against complex database schemata

=> Shell scripting

=> Perl scripting

=> UNIX: Analyzing logs, editing files. 

=> Implementing changes using pre-defined methods

=> Ticketing software like Service Now will be preffered

=> Analytical skills 

=> Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

--> Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

--> At least 4 years of experience in IT
