Appointment Setter – Healthcare Recruiting (Remote)

We are a U.S.-based recruiting firm that helps healthcare companies hire professionals across the country. We are looking for a motivated appointment setter to identify companies that are hiring and book introductory calls with decision makers.

This role focuses on outreach and scheduling meetings. You are not responsible for closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies currently hiring

• Find hiring managers or HR leaders

• Send outreach messages via email and LinkedIn

• Follow up with prospects

• Book qualified meetings on our calendar

What Counts as a Qualified Meeting

• Meeting is with a decision maker (owner, HR leader, or hiring manager)

• Company is currently hiring or expects to hire soon

• Prospect attends at least 10 minutes of the scheduled call

Compensation

• $50 per qualified meeting

• 5% commission on the first successful placement from that client

Typical placement fees range from $20,000–$30,000 so commissions can be significant.

This is a performance-based role with strong upside for someone who is organized and persistent.

Requirements

• Strong written English

• Experience with B2B outreach or lead generation preferred

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and online research

• Reliable internet connection
