Job Summary: We’re looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and detail-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our outbound customer service team. As an AE, you’ll handle outbound appointment setting and customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, using your problem-solving skills and technical proficiency to create a seamless experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with current and prospective customers.
• Use provided scripts as a guide while tailoring each conversation to customer needs.
• Support customers with service reminders, maintenance updates, and tailored solutions.
• Build genuine connections while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Jump in with flexibility to support additional projects as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
