Re-Bath is growing quickly and looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Appointment Setter to join our team! As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be responsible for making and confirming calls with clients who have expressed interest in our services. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive timely, professional communication and a great first impression of Re-Bath.

Re-Bath is the exclusive bathroom remodeler for the two largest home improvement retailers in the United States, with a strong presence in over 170 stores across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.

Rewards & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $18–$19


• Performance Incentives: Bonus opportunities based on results


• Stable Full-Time Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with Saturday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a positive experience for every client interaction


• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism


• Follow established scripts, procedures, and policies to ensure accuracy and consistency


• Confirm and schedule appointments with both new and existing clients


• Represent Re-Bath with reliability and integrity in every conversation

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills


• Reliable computer, internet, and data entry skills


• Able to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced setting


• Must pass a background and drug test
