Responsibilities

• Complete the Product Portfolio Courses at our online training center to build your foundation.


• Manage Live Client Communications across calls, emails, and text messages in our mass communications center.


• Communicate Directly with Open-Showroom Sales and management to ensure seamless client transitions.


• Steer the Buying Experience towards any of our premier locations across the local area.


• Learn Best-in-Class Automotive Retail Practices to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


• Maintain High-Quality Customer Satisfaction in your daily interactions.


• Participate in Exclusive Company Outings and signature community events twice per year.


• Bring a Useful Attitude and a people-oriented nature to the business side 

Compensation & Structure

• Position Type: Full-Time


• Hourly Base Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 / hour guaranteed


• Total Expected Income Range: $49,000 – $52,000 (Hourly base plus tiered commission scale)
