The role in BuildX involves the following:
Mentorship: We’ll surround you with technology experts who are masters of their craft and ready to share their knowledge and experience.
Formal training: We make it our mission to support you as you strive for self-improvement. You’ll follow our proprietary learning journey designed to broaden your technology skillset.
Hands-on experience: We’ll help you start shipping production-ready code by putting you to work on meaningful projects.
Hybrid Requirement: 4 days a week at Hudson Yards office
Compensation & hiring process
We are recruiting for a future opportunity. The salary range for this role is $60,000–$70,000 USD, reflecting expected base pay. Total compensation may also include additional pay such as bonuses or incentives, depending on the position, and final offers are based on experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our hiring process we may use technology, including AI-based tools, to help summarize and assess applications; these tools assist our team and do not replace human review or decision-making.
