Responsibilities:

Ensure customers have the same positive experience no matter the location; maintain positive customer relations while resolving concerns and answering questions.
Ability to lift heavy items when needed (50+ lbs.).
Comply with all safety procedures and precautions.
Availability must include on call and after hours work when necessary.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance alongside experienced technicians to build skillset and become independent.

Requirements include:

Must be willing to train in Indianapolis or Cincinnati branch upwards of 6 months(Hotel stay and per diem provided)
Maintain a valid driver's license with a low-incident driving record.
Excellent work ethic and self-motivated.
Some experience in air compressors a plus
Ability to walk, stoop, sit, and reach.
Must be able to climb ladders, use lifts, and work in an elevated position on a frequent basis.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
