AR Representative

Position:              Temp to Perm Accounts Receivable Associate

Location:             Fairfield, NJ (On-Site) with one work from home day a week on Wednesday

Reports to:         Accounting Manager

Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Principal Purpose of Position:

Obtains revenue and pays invoices by verifying and completing receivable transactions.

The Daily:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and Vlookups


• Analyze, match, prepare invoices


• Data management and reconciliation


• Process payments


• Manage and organize Accounts receivables


• Assist in invoice processing and Data entry

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred


• Minimum 3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable in leu of degree


• Highly motivated, responsible, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented Excellent data entry and problem-solving skills


• Strong Work Ethic


• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges
