Role Description

We are seeking a Palantir Lead / Architect – Insurance to anchor a client’s Palantir Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will lead solution design, client engagement, and delivery governance while working closely with offshore Palantir engineering teams.
The individual will play a critical role in translating Insurance business problems into scalable Palantir Foundry (and AIP, where applicable) solutions, driving measurable operational and business outcomes.

Technical Skills

Platform & Solution Leadership
•
Serve as the domain-to-platform bridge between Insurance business stakeholders (Claims, Operations, Customer Experience, Risk) and Palantir technical teams (onshore and offshore).
•
Act as the onshore Palantir solution lead for Insurance-focused programs.
•
Translate Insurance business problems into Palantir-based data, analytics, and AI solutions.
•
Design end-to-end Palantir solutions covering:
o
Data ingestion and transformation
Ontology design and domain modeling
Analytics workflows, dashboards, and operational insights
•
Review solution designs and implementations to ensure scalability, performance, and governance.
Insurance Domain Responsibilities
Work closely with Insurance stakeholders across:
Claims operations (FNOL, adjudication, payout)
Policy administration and underwriting
Customer journey and servicing
Fraud, leakage, and risk analytics
Translate Insurance workflows and KPIs into:
Ontology models
Use cases and analytical outputs
Decision-support and operational dashboards
