Architect (Ability to speak English and Portuguese)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Architect with 2+ years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of a wide range of projects, working collaboratively with clients, engineers, and construction teams. The Architect will be involved in all phases of the architectural process, from initial concept to completion, and must possess a strong ability to manage projects while maintaining a high level of creativity and technical accuracy. This position offers two remote days per week, ability to speak English and Portuguese required.

• Design and develop architectural projects from conceptual phases through completion, including residential, commercial, and/or institutional buildings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, constraints, and design preferences.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction adheres to plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Research and stay current on building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and documentation to relevant authorities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials for potential projects.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
