Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cryotherapy Technician / Front Desk Associate. In this dual role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the cryotherapy treatment process and managing front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of cryotherapy services, and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

Cryotherapy Technician + Front Desk / Reception:

• Greet clients warmly and professionally, making them feel comfortable and at ease.

• Review the client's history, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for cryotherapy treatment.

• Educate clients on cryotherapy benefits, safety protocols, and what to expect during their sessions.

• Operate cryotherapy machines, adhering to established safety procedures and guidelines.

• Monitor clients throughout their treatment, addressing any concerns or questions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.

• Manage appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payment processing

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner

• Assist with marketing and promotional efforts, including social media and local events

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a wellness or healthcare setting

• Knowledge of cryotherapy services and safety protocols is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with appointment scheduling software

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
