SALARY RANGE $150,000 - $165,000 DOE. The Area Director, Revenue Management, is a key member of property teams and Peregrine Hospitality’s revenue management team, responsible for driving top-line revenue performance across a defined portfolio of properties. This role partners closely with property teams, property leaders, and corporate leadership to execute pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies that maximize revenue and market share. Additionally, this individual supports the implementation of revenue strategies, ensures the effective use of systems and tools, and helps guide property teams in day-to-day revenue decision-making. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong focus on execution and performance optimization.

Work Conditions and Schedule
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required as well as flexibility with work schedule.
• The scope of the position may sometimes require a work week over 40 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 5 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Sedentary role that requires working on the computer for extended periods.
