Job Description:
The Area Manager - Roasting is responsible for the 24-hour, 7-day performance of a Line or Area within a larger Value Stream organization, with full accountability for business results and the overall capability of the operation. As a manager of managers, this role leads a team of shift-based leaders to deliver operational targets while building an engaged, high-performing organization across all shifts.
The Area Manager brings a strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of MSE (TPM), daily management systems, and process controls. This role sets the strategic direction for the area while ensuring consistent implementation and enforcement of established policies and standards, partnering across functions to drive performance, strengthen capability, and deliver safe, quality, and efficient operations.
