The Area Supervisor will drive profitability and operational excellence across 3 stores. Key responsibilities include hiring and training management teams, all staff, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, food safety, and customer service protocols.
Key Responsibilities-------Pay will be $40-50k with bonus potential!!
- Raise sales and improve staff retention.
- Will oversee all operations at all 3 stores and supervise employees and managers at each site. Will make sure all LITTLE CAESARS operate to our standards. Must keep up with paperwork and follow the procedures we have in place.
- Store Operations: Ensure restaurants operate consistently according to procedures, maintaining brand standards for product quality and facility cleanliness.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and certify Restaurant Managers, and verify they follow suit with their respective staff.
- This position will be filled by someone with a STRONG work ethic, a great leader, someone that can handle pressure, someone that puts an emphasis on doing the right thing ALL the time, especially when no one is watching!! Must be very TRUST WORHY!
