We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Area Restaurant Leader (ARL) to join our leadership team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong restaurant leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and oversee four or more Dunkin’ locations.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Area Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of multiple restaurants. You will lead and develop Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, maintain high operational standards, and ensure every location delivers an outstanding guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, develop great teams, hold people accountable, and produce results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations of 4+ restaurant locations
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold Restaurant Managers accountable
• Recruit, train, and retain strong management teams
• Ensure stores are properly staffed and prepared for business
• Drive sales growth and improve overall profitability
• Manage labor and payroll within established budgets
• Monitor food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste
• Maintain excellent food quality, beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Ensure all restaurants meet Dunkin’ operational and brand standards
• Review store performance and create action plans when improvement is needed
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and follow up with management
• Ensure company policies, food safety standards, and procedures are followed
• Build a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has previous multi-unit restaurant management experience
• Is a strong leader and team builder
• Can coach and develop Restaurant Managers
• Understands restaurant sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
• Is organized and able to manage multiple locations and priorities
• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Is dependable, professional, and accountable
• Is comfortable making decisions and addressing performance issues
• Has reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned restaurants
• Is willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business
