AR-Specialist

Triple Play Transport is looking for an AR specialist, we are looking for someone motivated, with high energy, and efficient.

Job Responsibilities

- Create invoices for customers

- Submit invoices to customers for payment

- Collect payment from customers

- Keep up with aging invoices and reports

- Make sure all invoices are paid on time.

- Other responsibilities may apply

Requirements:

- Must be proficient in QuickBooks online or experienced in similar systems.

- Must have experience in OpenInvoice & OpenTicket

- Some experience in oilfield accounting 

- Must pass a background check and drug test

- knowledgeable in Microsoft
