Art Director - Mid-Level

MGH,
a full-service marketing communications agency, is looking for a mid-level Art
Director/Designer who can turn smart strategy into standout creative. Someone
who’s concept-first, design/detail-obsessed, and just as comfortable in a
brainstorm as they are crafting that final layout.

and clients to create ideas that are not just beautiful - but effective.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute campaigns across digital, social,
  video, and traditional channels
  
• Collaborate
  with copywriters to develop big ideas and bring them to life
  
• Present
  work confidently and clearly to internal teams and clients
  
• Own
  projects from concept through production, sweating the details along the way
  
• Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration,
  and accountability
  
• This is a hybrid position with regular in-person collaboration at our Hunt Valley, MD office
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an agency or similar
  creative environment
  
• A
  portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and brilliant design
  
• A
  point of view - and the ability to evolve it through feedback
  
• Proficiency
  in Adobe Creative Suite (and a general comfort across other modern
  tools/platforms, including AI)
  
• Curiosity,
  hustle, and a low-ego, team-first mindset
  
• Bonus points for additional photography/video skills
