Job Description - Art Therapist

Adelphi is seeking an Art Therapist to provide school -based art therapy services to students with disabilities at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will provide assessment, direct service, group therapy, and consultation based on student IEP needs.

Requirements:

• Registered Art Therapist credential — ATR or ATR -BC

• Familiarity with pediatric therapy, IEPs, and school -based service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Conduct art therapy assessments and reassessments

• Prepare written assessment reports and support IEP development

• Provide individual, group, pull -out, and push -in art therapy services

• Consult with school teams regarding student progress and support strategies

• Complete quarterly progress updates on IEP goals

• Maintain required service documentation

• Any other duties as assigned within scope
