AS705 - Full-Time Nanny - Charlotte, NC

A lovely family located in Charlotte, NC is seeking a fantastic nanny to care for their almost 2-year-old son. The family also has two older girls, aged 9 and 11, who live with them every other week, and the nanny should be flexible to care for them as needed, including transporting home from school and to activities. The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm, with some flexibility for later evening babysitting. Candidates must be local to Charlotte. 

• All aspects of childcare including managing sleep, mealtime, and hygiene routines
• Handling child-related laundry and maintaining organization of the toddler's spaces
• Keeping on top of toddler supplies, and making necessary purchases
• Creating an engaging environment and providing developmentally appropriate enrichment daily
• Researching classes and making sure the child gets out for social and educational outings 
• Communicating and working with the family's other nanny to ensure continuity of care and that all necessary information is shared

• Engaging, loving, and warm
• Knowledge of childhood development
• Flexible and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills

• Local to Charlotte 
• US work authorization
• Driver's license (a car is provided)
• Experience with toddlers and older children
• Strong swimmer

• $45-50/hr.
