A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in handling sophisticated toxic tort, product liability, and asbestos-related litigation matters as part of a nationally respected litigation platform.

Ideal Background

• 3–8 years of litigation experience preferred
• Experience with asbestos litigation, toxic tort litigation, product liability, or complex defense litigation preferred
• Experience handling depositions, motion practice, discovery, and case strategy
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with litigation teams
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
• Strong academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Illinois bar license required
