Requirements

**Background check is required and the interpreters will be compensated for this effort.



Therefore, once you receive your Background Investigation final approval letter you will be paid compensation of $150 for completing the IRS security clearance process.



Additional Requirements:



• Fluent ASL and
  spoken English language skills

  Thorough knowledge
  of and adherence to the NAD -RID Code of Professional Conduct

  Three to five
  years of experience in interpreting (preferred but not required)

  state licensure or state -required credentials

  Must pass the
  company's interpreting skills assessment
