We're partnering with one of Southeast Wisconsin's most respected commercial paving contractors to find an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator who takes pride in producing quality work—not just punching a clock.
This isn't an entry-level position.
We're looking for someone who already knows what they're doing and wants to join a company that values experienced operators.
You'll operate asphalt rollers on commercial paving projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin while working alongside experienced crews that care about quality, safety, and getting the job done right.
You'll also utilize your CDL to transport equipment and materials as needed while supporting paving operations.
If you've spent years producing quality asphalt work and understand what it takes to keep projects moving, you'll fit right in.
✔ CDL Required
✔ 5+ years of asphalt paving experience preferred
✔ Previous Asphalt Roller operating experience
✔ Commercial paving experience
✔ Strong attendance and reliability
✔ Safety-first mindset
✔ Team player who takes pride in quality work
$45–$55/hour

• Approximately 55-hour work weeks
• Some Saturdays during paving season (typically 1–2 per month)
• Local work throughout Southeast Wisconsin
• Valid CDL
• Criminal background check
• Drug screen (including THC due to CDL regulations)
• Acceptable driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
