Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in Huntley, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling industrial sewing machines with precision and attention to detail.

• Assemble industrial sewing machines according to specifications.


• Fit parts to very close tolerances and operating requirements using small hand and power tools.


• Accurately align assemblies to the unit.


• Mount and connect auxiliary, mechanical, and electrical equipment.


• Perform operating tests and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.


• Previous assembly experience preferred.


• Mechanically skilled with small hand and power tools.


• Ability to perform close tolerance uniform settings and adjustments.


• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Available to work overtime when needed.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
