Asset Warehouse Coordinator

Help Build the Magic Behind the Scenes at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort

At LEGOLAND® Florida Resort, every unforgettable guest experience starts with a team dedicated to safety, quality, and operational excellence. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Asset Warehouse Clerk to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting Resort maintenance operations by ensuring the right parts, tools, and materials are available when and where they're needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working an early-morning schedule beginning at 5:30 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, solid basic math skills, and be comfortable utilizing data entry systems, email and spreadsheets.

What You'll Do

As an Asset Warehouse Clerk, you'll help support maintenance teams across the Resort by:

• Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
• Accurately stocking, labeling, and organizing inventory within the warehouse
• Issuing materials and equipment to maintenance team members while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Supporting inventory counts, audits, and cycle checks to ensure stock accuracy
• Maintaining inventory information within our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment needs to leadership
• Assisting with returns, damaged goods reporting, and shipment discrepancies
• Tracking tools and equipment to ensure accountability and availability
• Preparing materials and supplies for planned maintenance projects
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Comfortable with data entry, email, spreadsheets, and inventory systems
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Preferred

• Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or clerical experience
• Familiarity with maintenance, facilities, construction, or technical service environments
• Experience using CMMS or inventory management software
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience

Physical Requirements

This is an active role that includes:

• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely (training and certification may be required)
• Working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Repetitive use of hands and arms for inventory handling, scanning, and data entry
