Summary: 

Oversees security operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, issue resolution, and operational excellence. Manages staffing, scheduling, training, and supervision of security personnel while driving client relationship management, service enhancements, business growth opportunities, and compliance with site-specific procedures and post orders.

Benefits:

Based on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $58,000.00 - $62,213.00/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

• Serves key point of client contact to ensure high quality customer service.
• Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
• Successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
• Organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Education/Experience:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Associate Degree.
• 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
