Fostering connection with students and their families
Managing the staff to ensure exceptional instructional services for students
Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families
Communicating student results, celebrating successes, and partnering with parents to ensure their child is making progress
Demonstrating compassion and care toward students
Ensuring the center is customer ready at all times, including optimal cleanliness and organization

Requirements
Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow with the company
