Assistant Clubhouse Coordinator

Are you friendly, organized, professional, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people? Moss Creek is looking for an Assistant Clubhouse Coordinator to join our Clubhouse team!

This is a unique hospitality position that offers a little bit of everything — member service, hostess responsibilities, administrative support, special events, and occasional food & beverage service. No two days are exactly the same!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our members and guests

• Greet and seat members and assist with dining reservations

• Answer phones and assist with member questions

• Provide administrative support to the Clubhouse team

• Help create flyers, signage, menus, and event materials

• Assist with special events and member functions

• Provide backup food & beverage service when needed

• Help keep Clubhouse operations organized and running smoothly

• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people

• Dependable and willing to jump in wherever needed

• Comfortable working in both an office and hospitality environment

Experience in hospitality, customer service, restaurants, reception, or administrative support is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and Canva is a plus!

Because our Clubhouse serves members throughout the week, candidates should also be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience (plus tips)
