Chick-fil-A Hwy 287 & Arapahoe Rd is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Catering to join our leadership team.

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Catering who is organized, guest-focused, and motivated to grow our catering business. This leader will oversee catering execution, build community relationships, and ensure every order reflects our standards of hospitality and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

·      Oversee catering orders from preparation through pickup or delivery.

·      Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready on time.

·      Manage catering channels, order communication, and guest follow-up.

·      Coordinate with FOH and BOH leaders to ensure smooth execution.

·      Help grow catering sales through outreach to businesses, schools, churches, and community partners.

·      Monitor catering supplies and inventory to support upcoming orders.

·      Train and coach Team Members on catering procedures and second-mile service.

·      Improve catering processes and support restaurant shifts as needed.

Required Skills

·      Leadership, catering, or hospitality experience required.

·      Strong organization and attention to detail.

·      Excellent guest communication and relationship-building skills.

·      Sales-minded, proactive, and results-oriented.

·      Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines under pressure.

·      Other duties as assigned.
