Job Description - Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Job Description

You will be assisting the Director of Nursing in leading the nursing department in providing quality direct patient care.
Organizing and directing the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure that it complies with local and state laws.

Requirements

Must possess a valid, unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of New Jersey
Must have a minimum of one year of experience as a supervisor in a long-term care facility or other related health care facility
