The Assistant Director of Parent Giving and Engagement plays a vital role in enhancing philanthropic support and strengthening relationships within the parent community. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to encourage current parents to engage meaningfully with the school and contribute to both annual and leadership-giving initiatives. This 12-month, full time position reports to the Director of The Hun Fund.
To support the school's mission and community values, employees are expected to actively participate in the life of The Hun School in meaningful, professional, and appropriate ways beyond their specific roles. This involvement fosters a deeper understanding of the student experience and the school’s academic, co-curricular, and residential programs. Such engagement will also be taken into account during annual performance reviews.
