Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure company policies are followed
• Control costs to optimize profits
• Hire, train, and develop new employees
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Provide leadership and direction to all employees
• Maintain product quality and availability
• Prepare and present employee reviews
• Work closely with the store manager to lead staff
• Assist customers as needed
• Ensure health, safety, and security rules are followed
• Take disciplinary action when necessary
• Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately
• Maintain store standards, including stocking and cleaning
